Enjoyed the quiet park escape

The room was surprisingly quiet despite its downtown location. We loved exploring Minoru Park, spotting adorable rabbits and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere after our busy days.

Recommend for a fleeting stay

Comfortable room, convenient location, the shuttle service was timely and the drivers were friendly and courteous, which made my solo stay an enjoyable experience with great free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV.

The hotel had a clean room with comfortable beds, which made for a nice stay. Breakfast options were limited, but overall, it wasn't a bad experience given the circumstances.

everything we wanted to explore. However, the breakfast items were pretty basic and ran out quickly, which was disappointing. The beds were comfortable, and we appreciated the spaciousness of the room, but overall, it could use some improvement.

We had a wonderful stay at Quality Hotel Airport South! The room had plenty of space for our family, and the comfortable beds made for great nights of sleep. The complimentary breakfast was a delightful bonus for us, with options that even our kids loved.

The staff exhibited exceptional friendliness and provided smooth airport shuttle service, which was easy to arrange even during late hours. The room was tidy and had a comfortable bed, contributing to restful sleep. However, cleanliness issues were concerning, as a friend's experience revealed a room with a strong odor and unmaintained facilities, including mold-filled bathroom. Additionally, communication regarding complaints was poor, impacting the overall experience. While the nearby amenities and a decent breakfast with a fruit buffet were highlights, the management's handling of issues leaves much to be desired.

I was welcomed with open arms, arriving early after my train trip across Canada. They quickly prepared my room and treated me to breakfast while I waited—a true luxury! The spacious Queen Room was a perfect retreat, and its proximity to a gigantic shopping mall made my stay even better.

I appreciated the excellent value and the enjoyable breakfast options during my stay. It’s conveniently located near a mall and the SkyTrain, making it ideal for traveling in Vancouver.

The free airport shuttle was super convenient and saved us time. Plus, the huge shopping mall nearby was perfect for finding lunch and a quick snack.

We had a nice stay with my mother and enjoyed the quick check-in. The staff was very accommodating, and the location was perfect, close to shopping for some last-minute items. The gated underground parking made it easy to avoid the weather.

In my kids’ opinion, the breakfast offerings were limited and there weren’t enough tables. It would be great to add more seating options for families.
